Charlotte Holmes - Consultant Social Worker, part of Transforming Support's MDT

I was attracted to the values of the organisation.  

I have worked with people with complex needs for over twenty years in LA/NHS/Third Sector Organisations and Private Organisations. I was a manager in CQC registered services for ten years before training as a Social Worker. I have been qualified as a Social Worker for over ten years. I am a fully qualified Practice Educator and BIA. I am shortly to undertake my AMPH training.  I am a passionate, values and rights-driven, person-centred Social Worker. 

I gain job satisfaction from supporting the frontline workforce to enhance the people we support lives – seeing the smile on their faces makes me smile :)  

Spending quality time with my family, travelling and socialising with friends.
