- All our support staff are trained as part of their mandatory training on Skills for Care’s recommended framework, which includes Autism and Learning Disability Awareness.
- Our teams also receive comprehensive training on PBS Support, MAPPA and other certifications that ensure the quality of care and support provided.
- Our staff receive regular appraisals and supervisions where service managers monitor their development and can provide additional support whenever needed.
- External bodies and commissioning partners regularly audit our services.
